Our panels are brand new laser cut blanks that are then CNC folded and formed on our own tooling. Louvers are correct length, height and shape. ' 64 and later panels have the correct wheel arch pressing. Gas filler recess is formed where required. Panels are formed from 0.9mm mild steel. Panels should be welded on all four edges but bonded to interior framework with Sikoflex type adhesive to avoid distortion. Don't mess round with several small panels,with these panels it is possible to get a really straight side with little or no filler. This will save you a fortune in the paint shop. 

We are the first company in the world to manufacture these panels. with over 1000 sold, many shops now realise its quicker and less expensive to replace rather than just do a "sill and fill".
