FRONT DOOR FRAMES

After more than two years of development, a lot of effort and investment, our new front door frames are finally ready to add to our range of Window Products. They have been designed to match our Aluminium range of ” No Rust” Front Safaris, Pop Outs, Side and Rear Safaris.

Manufactured in extruded aluminium from our own exact profile dies they match factory dimensions making it easy (as easy as original frames, they are still a fiddle and require time) to fit the many rubber seals. Hinge fittings and lower channel are stainless steel to give you years of rust free service. Using our own in house tooling, each frame is hand made and jig assembled before being Tig welded. Each frame takes approx 3 hours to produce and has 3 seperate craftsman work on them before they are completed.

Every frame has the following specification….

Main Frame – Aluminium. Available in Acid Etched and Primered finish for painting or Polished Show finish.

Removable Lower Channel – Stainless steel but ALL are powder coated Satin Black to match rubber channel they are fitted inside.

Upright U Channel – Stainless steel in either Raw finish for painting or Polished depending on your order.

Lock Strip – Stainless steel in either Raw finish for painting or Polished depending on your order.

Catch Clip – Stainless steel – polished. Installed on Polished frames but supplied loose on primered frames so you can fit after painting.

All fixing bolts,, nuts, washers and screws are included with all frames.
