POP OUTS

The problem with original VW pop outs is that they rust …big time. To over come this problem, we manufacture ours by extruding them in T6 Aluminium. Our extrusion die produces an exact replica profile of the original item .We then machine the extrusion using a state of the art CNC milling machine. All holes are drilled and tapped to exacting standards to give you trouble free assembly and fitment. We supply the frames in a bare aluminium finish for you to paint or polish, or polished to show standard. We also can supply you with new glass in clear or tinted, seals ,hinges and fitting templates for locating hinges on your body.
We were not happy with the fit of some repro seals so we manufacture our own to give you the perfect installation.
