PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS
The prices that are shown on our web site are always current and correct. When we make any price changes it is it is always made on this web site first.
The prices shown on our Web Site include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) but do not include postage. Postage costs will be calculated and shown automatically when you place an order on the web site. Just press ‘add to basket’ and enter your country and your address to see the Postage costs.
When your order is made on the Website, the price shown will be the price you will pay in UK Sterling.(£)
If the rate of VAT should change, the new rate will be adjusted at time of invoicing/despatch.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions made on this web site are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. If you think we have made a misrepresentation, please advise us so we can considered your view. If we agree and deem it necessary, we will quickly amended the web site.

ORDERING IN THE UK & EEC COUNTRIES
VAT by law must be included to all goods and to the postage.
We send UK parcels by either Parcel Post or UPS depending on size, weight and value. Generally speaking small parts of lower value will be send by Post. The same applies to most European countries. Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.

All parcels, within the UK, under either 1.5kg or £100 will be sent by parcel post, over 1.5kg or £100 will be sent by next day courier service. European delivery’s 1.5kg or £100 will be sent by parcel post, over 1.5kg or £100 will be sent by courier, Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.

PAYMENT
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, JCB and Master Card. We do accept any other card.
When you order by credit card, including on the web site, your account is not debited until the goods are ready for despatch. Foreign orders exchange rates are determined by the banks or credit card providers which may make an additional processing charge for which you will be liable. Goods are supplied with delivery duty unpaid, you may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.

DELIVERY
Delivery is always difficult for us as we manufacture most of our products in small quantities and repeat often. We are also dependant on our suppliers and subcontractors.
As a guide, we try to despatch all items in stock to the customer within 3 days.
If Items are not in stock it will take longer. It could be a matter of a week or could be several months.
In placing your order with us, you agree that the period for delivery could exceed 30 days. You may contact us at any time regarding delivery and we will advise our best estimated delivery date for the outstanding items on your order. Because of this we will not accept liability for loss or damage through any delay in delivery.
Some of our products may not be available for delivery outside the UK due to regulatory restrictions, or for practical reasons may have to be sent under special shipping arrangements at additional cost.

REFUNDS POLICY / CANCELLATIONS
If you are a private customer (not trade) and ordered parts that have not been used, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specially for you, personalised for you, made to measure for you.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). You must advise us of the cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail giving your name and address, account number and order reference number, You will then receive a full refund within 30 days.
The goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and must be in re saleable condition. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. Such a refund will only be made after we have received and inspected the returned goods. Refunds will be paid no later than 28 days after receiving your returned goods. We will issue the refund to the original credit card that was used to pay for the goods. We do not refund your cost of the original shipping or returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product develops a fault through faulty workmanship or materials within twelve months from the date of purchase, please call or email us to advise us of the problem. We will firstly try and advise on the fault or why it may have happened. If the goods need to be returned to us, please return them with the original invoice, and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item/s and cover the cost of returning it/them to you.

LIABILITY
Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.
